Sheets are made of sturdy rag-type paper. They are unused and in excellent+ condition, but the two metal staples have disintegrated, leaving small brown spots where they once rested.
Found in a storage trailer and saved from the landfill! Probably less than 700 sheets were published in 1945 by tiny Chaw Mank's Blue Ribbon Music Co., Staunton, Illinois.
This item comes directly from the estate of Charles "Chaw" Mank Jr. (1902-1985), noted songwriter, author, bandleader, record producer, sheet music publisher, psychic, radio personality, silent movie theater organist, world champion pen pal, inveterate collector and Hollywood/music fan club pioneer.
